Our latest concept. Buvons is an intimiate wine bar focused on the sparkling wines from around the world. From our days at Holdfast dinning, Les Caves, JEM SUPPER CULB, and at L’orange we loved how dynamic and flexible sparkling wines are when paired with foods. It’s really the ultimate pairing wine!
